Hunter Capital has corrected the terms in the mandatory offer to shareholders in C100 announced on July 29. The offer price is raised to SEK 4.19 per share from the previous SEK 4.00.The correction is made because, according to the takeover rules, the offer price must correspond to the volume-weighted average price for C100's share during the 20 trading days preceding the emergence of the mandatory bid, and not the subscription price in the set-off issue through which the mandatory bid arose.
