Modular housing company Zenergy’s CEO Sebastian Gustafson and COO Henrik Häggkvist have subscribed for B-shares in the company’s ongoing rights issue. Gustafson subscribed for shares worth SEK 0.2 million and Häggkvist for shares worth SEK 0.1 million, according to a press release. The final subscription date for the rights issue is August 13.
