Modular housing company Zenergy and Wermlands Mur & Kakelteknik are forming a joint production and contracting company in Skillingaryd, with each owning 50 percent. The company will operate the production and develop business within and outside the Zenergy Group. The arrangement is expected to significantly reduce Zenergy's exposure to the factory's fixed costs. Operations are expected to start within two weeks.
