The modular housing company Zenergy has received an additional subscription commitment of SEK 0.9 million from Kogai Invest, meaning that the ongoing rights issue is now 100 percent secured. This is stated in a press release.The subscription commitments therefore total SEK 20.2 million, corresponding to 62.3 percent of the issue. The remainder is covered by underwriting commitments.Zenergy has also entered into a cooperation agreement with Kogai Invest covering sales and business development. The cooperation involves expansion into new markets, with a particular focus on Poland and Turkey.
