Software company Touchtech's CEO and major shareholder Deniz Chaban bought 16,770 shares in the company between 14 and 18 August. The shares were purchased at an average price of SEK 4.94 per share, a transaction worth SEK 82,900. The transaction was carried out on Spotlight Stock Market. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.Chaban thereafter owns 1.43 million shares, corresponding to 12.94 percent of the capital and votes in Touchtech, according to the ownership service Holdings. He has gradually increased his holding in the company in recent years.
