Investment company Upgrade Invest Nordic reports a net asset value of SEK 2.45 per share at the end of the second quarter. The corresponding net asset value amounted to SEK 2.5 per share at the end of the previous quarter and SEK 2.85 per share at the end of the same period last year.The company has a portfolio of unlisted holdings valued at approximately SEK 4 million and cash of approximately SEK 0.9 million. There are no long-term loans. The largest holdings are Climacheck, which accounts for approximately 63 percent of the net asset value, and Lynes, with approximately 19 percent.The operating result, as well as both profit before and after tax, came to SEK -0.20 million (-0.24). Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.10 (-0.12). During the quarter, Upgrade Invest held discussions with several companies considering a stock market listing, but volatility and uncertainty have led to several processes being postponed. This was stated by CEO Marcus Bonsib.The company believes that the market for listings of smaller companies will gradually stabilize going forward.
