Cooling systems company APR Technologies reports sharply increased revenue but swings to an operating loss in the second quarter. Revenue increased 53 percent to SEK 7.1 million (4.7).Operating profit, EBIT, amounted to SEK -11.1 million (0.1).Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.39 (-0.01).Cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 117.5 million (0.7) at the end of the period.During the quarter, the company received approximately SEK 55 million before issue costs through the exercise of Series TO 1 warrants. The capital will be used, among other things, for continued industrialization, organizational build-up and commercialization.CEO Lars Almhem says that the company's focus has increasingly shifted from demonstrating the technology's potential to building the organization, production and commercial structure required for deliveries on a larger scale. The increased cost base during the period is linked to investments in capacity, expertise and market position."As we enter the second half of the year, the priorities are clear. We will continue building production capacity, deepen customer and partner dialogue and strengthen the organization as requirements increase. We will be proactive, but also realistic. APR is still in a phase where much work remains before the technology's full commercial potential can be realized. At the same time, the first half of the year has given us a stronger financial base, clearer focus and better conditions to take the next step," says Almhem. After the end of the quarter, APR Technologies completed the TEVV phase within NATO's DIANA innovation program and thereby became prequalified for purchases through the Rapid Adoption Service in NATO countries. The company emphasizes that the prequalification in itself does not entail any orders. No financial forecast is provided.Key figures, SEK millionQ2 2026Q2 2025Year-over-year changeRevenue7.14.7+53%EBIT-11.10.1—Earnings per share, SEK-0.39-0.01—Cash and cash equivalents117.50.7+15 911%
