The sensor technology company Insplorion increased revenue and reduced its loss in the second quarter, while completing the asset deal with Consilium and shifting its strategy towards reverse acquisitions.Net sales amounted to SEK 0.3 million (0.1), corresponding to an increase of 451 percent.Loss after financial items was SEK 2.1 million (5.2). Earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.03 (-0.09).During the quarter, the transfer of most of the operating business to Consilium Marine & Safety was completed. Insplorion received net proceeds of SEK 9.6 million, and most of the personnel and operations were transferred to Consilium.At the same time, the company initiated a new strategy focused on reverse acquisitions. CEO Johan Seltborg states that the company is examining a reverse acquisition of the parent company and is continuing to work on the plan to distribute newly formed subsidiaries to shareholders, with the ambition of subsequently listing them on Spotlight. The distribution and listing are expected to be possible during the autumn, subject to the necessary decisions and formalities, writes the Insplorion CEO. During the quarter, Insplorion received orders for instruments and sensors totalling EUR 20,500. After the end of the period, additional orders totalling EUR 43,000 were received.
