The property company Krona Public Real Estate reports higher rental income and increased property management income in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the same period the previous year.Rental income including service income amounted to SEK 23.6 million (19.6), an increase of 20.4 percent.Net operating income rose to SEK 19.9 million (18.2), corresponding to an increase of 9.2 percent. The surplus ratio simultaneously fell to 84.08 percent (92.75).Property management income increased to SEK 13.8 million (11.4), an increase of 20.8 percent.Net profit was SEK 6.7 million (9.4), a decrease of 28.9 percent. Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.60 (1.66).Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 4 million (3.8).The market value of the investment properties amounted to SEK 1,482.8 million (1,228.5).
