Real estate company Preservium Property reports slightly higher profit from property management in the second quarter, compared with the same quarter the year before.Rental income amounted to SEK 19.5 million (19.4), an increase of 0.5 percent year-over-year. Net operating income amounted to SEK 16.4 million (16.4), thus remaining at the same level as the previous year. Profit from property management increased to SEK 10.2 million (10.0), an increase of 2.0 percent year-over-year. Unrealized changes in property values amounted to SEK 12.0 million (26.5). Profit before tax was SEK 22.2 million (36.6). Net profit was SEK 17.9 million (31.0), a decrease of 42.3 percent year-over-year. Earnings per share amounted to SEK 3.87 (6.68), representing a decrease of 42.1 percent year-over-year. Long-term net asset value, EPRA NAV, was SEK 99.78 per share (79.91) on June 30.Operationally, the group's results have developed as expected and the group's operations continue at an unchanged scale with a fully let property portfolio.
