Medical technology company Zenicor has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The nomination committee consists of Ragnar Winell, Mats Palerius and Caroline Mellstig Theimer. The members were appointed by the company’s largest shareholders and together represent approximately 38 percent of the total number of outstanding shares in Zenicor.
