Major shareholder Krona Bidco bought 106,160 shares in real estate company Krona Public Real Estate on 27 August. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 41.20 per share, in a transaction worth SEK 4.4 million. The transaction was carried out outside a trading venue. This is shown by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.On 22 July, Krona Bidco owned 9.73 million shares, corresponding to 87.08 percent of the capital and votes in Krona, according to the ownership service Holdings.At the end of March, Krona Bidco completed a mandatory takeover offer for all shares in Krona, where the offer was increased to SEK 41.20 per share from the previous SEK 35.75.
