The exercise period for warrants of series TO 2 in Windon Energy begins on 1 September and runs until 15 September. This is stated in a press release.Two warrants entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share at a price of SEK 1. Upon full exercise, the company will receive a maximum of SEK 9.12 million before issue costs, and the number of shares will increase by 9.12 million, corresponding to dilution of approximately 5 percent.The proceeds will be used, among other things, for working capital, investments in existing solar parks and battery storage facilities, as well as new facilities. A second exercise period is planned for June 2027, with a subscription price of SEK 1.50 per share.
