The property development company Norden Estates is participating together with Synced Climate Sweden in a Swedish Energy Agency-funded project to verify an energy-efficient exhaust-air heat pump for demanding property environments. The project is in its final phase and the technology may be used in the Group’s project involving offices, a workshop and a car wash in Ystad. The financial impact for Norden Estates cannot yet be assessed.
