Mobile operator My Beat has agreed to acquire Norway's Oyatel for SEK 80 million, paid with newly issued shares. The deal and planned debt-for-equity issues will result in total dilution of 88 percent. R-Venture is then expected to own 77.56 percent. My Beat also writes down debts by approximately SEK 3.6 million and believes that the measures restore equity. The deal requires approval at a general meeting.
