Spotlight has decided that mobile operator My Beat will undergo a new listing review following the company’s agreement to acquire Oyatel for SEK 80 million. Spotlight considers that the transaction entails a fundamental change in operations. Trading in the shares will continue on the observation list during the review. If My Beat subsequently fails to meet the listing requirements, Spotlight will decide to delist the company.
