Danish installation company Mendole has agreed to acquire all shares in Rebo, the company’s first acquisition since its stock market listing. The total purchase price may amount to DKK 136.5 million. On August 3, Mendole announced that the company had signed a conditional agreement to acquire Rebo, which is now being completed. The fixed purchase price is DKK 60 million, of which DKK 42 million is in cash, DKK 6 million in Mendole shares and DKK 12 million through a seller loan. In addition, DKK 60 million may be paid as an earnings-based earn-out, as well as up to DKK 16.5 million in bonuses and share options.Rebo had revenue of DKK 143 million in 2025, with EBITDA of DKK 23.7 million. Following the acquisition, Mendole guides for revenue of DKK 300–350 million and EBITDA of DKK 30–40 million in 2026.The acquisition is being financed with DKK 38 million in loans and a public share issue, the completion of which is a condition for the transaction.
