IT consultancy Aixia's CEO Mattias Bergkvist has been appointed Deputy Group CEO of White Pearl Technology Group, effective 3 September. The appointment follows the completion of White Pearl's public tender offer for Aixia. Bergkvist will remain closely involved in Aixia during the integration and will focus, among other things, on European operations, group integration, the Swedish capital market and the implementation of the group's AI strategy.
