The home services company HomeMaid is acquiring the assets of Hello Clean's business in Bålsta and Västerås for SEK 5.5 million in cash. The business has annual revenue of approximately SEK 11 million and has just over 300 customers and 20 employees. The acquisition is financed with internal funds and closing will take place on 1 October 2026.The business will be included in HomeMaid Group's Home Cleaning business area and is expected to contribute positively to both revenue and earnings, HomeMaid writes in a press release.
