Drone company Xer Technologies has received a follow-on order worth SEK 1.3 million from European systems integrator Plath, which works on solutions for areas including surveillance and electronic warfare.The order covers an electro-optical/infrared camera, EO/IR, and follows an earlier order for a surveillance system that is now being prepared. Delivery is expected to take place during the fourth quarter.The camera will be used together with Xer's X8 PRO drone system for intelligence gathering, surveillance and reconnaissance, known as ISR.”Plath's follow-on order is a strong vote of confidence in both Xer Technologies and the X8 PRO and reflects the platform's proven performance in an operational environment,” said Xer Technologies CEO Erik Herlyn, among other things, in a written comment.
