The board of games developer Beyond Frames has resolved to issue a further maximum of 11,341,466 new shares at a subscription price of SEK 1.70 as part of the directed share issue announced on 25 August. The issue is being carried out in three parts. The first, worth approximately SEK 3.1 million, has been completed, while the remaining two, worth approximately SEK 10.2 million and SEK 9.1 million, respectively, require approval at the extraordinary general meeting on 17 September. In total, the issue is expected to provide approximately SEK 22.4 million gross and SEK 22.2 million net.The subscription price corresponds to the volume-weighted average price from 3–24 August and represents a premium of approximately 20 percent to the closing price on 24 August. The issue entails dilution of approximately 35.6 percent.The capital will strengthen cash flow and finance opportunities within XR, PC and console projects, as well as corporate collaborations.
