Trade on Spotlight

All trading on Spotlight is conducted on Nasdaq Nordic trading system INET.

An end client, an investor, who wishes to trade in a security listed on Spotlight must submit the order through a bank or broker.

Several banks offer direct access to Spotlight, including Nordic banks and certain international institutions. U.S. institutions that may trade on Spotlight include, for example, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Instinet.

Where a bank or broker does not have direct access to Spotlight, the order is routed through the banks partner institution or other intermediary with access to the market.

To ensure that the bank can identify the relevant security correctly, the investor should provide the necessary reference information when placing the order. In particular, the investor should be prepared to specify the Spotlight MIC and the ISIN code of the security.

Spotlight’s MIC is XSAT.

The ISIN code for the relevant security is available on Spotlight’s website, www.spotlightstockmarket.com

By searching for the security on the website, the client can locate the ISIN in the Trade section (Swedish: Handel).

When submitting the order, the client should provide both the MIC and the ISIN code to the bank or broker.
