Risk Intelligence A/S ("Risk Intelligence" or "the Company") announces that the Company has secured roll-over of long-term loan of approx. DKK 18.6 million with board members, shareholders and third parties close to the company.
To ensure liquidity for growth and significantly reduce short-term debt, the Company has arranged refinancing and roll-over of existing long-term loans from board members, shareholders, and affiliated third parties totalling approximately DKK 18.6 million.
All the loans in the above package are based on market conditions.
The first part with a value of DKK 7.3 million is based with an interest of 12% per annum, no instalments during 2026, and will follow an annuity during 2027 and 2028.
In addition, long-term loans totalling DKK 11.3 million has been extended to 2027.
