Photocat, which manufactures photocatalytic products, has entered into a license agreement with a Danish company specializing in water treatment facilities and consumer chemicals. The agreement grants the licensee the right to commercialize and implement Photocat's patented technology.The total contract value amounts to 5 million Danish kroner, of which 2.5 million Danish kroner is paid upon signing of the agreement and the remainder as a one-time royalty in 2026. No changes are made to Photocat's financial forecast for 2025.
