The shareholders of the gas exploration company Igrene are called to the annual general meeting on January 19, 2026 in Mora.The board proposes that no dividend be paid.Re-election is proposed of the incumbent board, consisting of chair Karl-Åke Johansson, members Annette Blyhammar, Lars Svensson, Sven Otto Littorin and Mats Budh, as well as alternate Hans Göra Åhgren.The Articles of Association are proposed to be amended, entailing that the number of shares shall be at least 119.48 million and at most 477.92 million shares. The board seeks authorization from the general meeting to resolve on new issues of shares, warrants and convertibles. In a directed share issue, up to 300 million shares may be issued.
