The shareholders of Hunter Capital are called to the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, March 10 in Kista, Stockholm. The Board of Directors proposes that no dividend be paid for the financial year 2025.The election of Filip Karlsson as a Board member is proposed. Board member Andrés Fuentes-Rivera has declined re-election.Re-election is proposed for Chairman Oliver Aleksov as well as members Jacob Eriksson and Alex Ghafori.The Board of Directors seeks authorization from the meeting to resolve on a new issue of shares, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares by no more than 10 percent.
