The research company Peptonic Medical has resolved on a directed new issue of 1,005,578 units to the guarantors in the previously completed rights issue, corresponding to 100,557,800 shares and 100,557,800 warrants of series TO6, at a subscription price of SEK 0.16 per unit. This is stated in a press release.Payment will be made through set-off of claims regarding guarantee compensation, and the issue is carried out in accordance with the guarantee agreement within the framework of the company's reconstruction plan. After the issue, the number of shares increases to 20,724,567,314, corresponding to a dilution of 0.5 percent, with an additional approximately 0.5 percent upon full exercise of the warrants.
