The opinion and market research company Novus Group reports increased revenue during the fourth quarter compared with the same period the year before. Operating profit increased. The board proposes no dividend. Revenue rose 0.5 percent to SEK 19.0 million (18.9).Operating profit was SEK 1.7 million (1.2), with an operating margin of 8.9 percent (6.3). "The seasonally high level of activity contributed to the development, while theunderlying profitability was lifted by our implemented efficiency measures," writes CEO Torbjörn Sjöström.Profit after tax was SEK 1.7 million (1.3), an increase of 30.8 percent year over year. Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.17 (0.13), which represents an increase of 30.8 percent year over year. No ordinary dividend is proposed (0). The company has a dividend policy stating that 60 percent of net income shall be distributed, but writes the following."The board proposes that the existing dividend policy of 60 percent of profit after tax be deviated from for this financial year. The board's assessment is that a decision that no dividend will be paid is the best alternative given the prevailing circumstances, in order to further strengthen the company's financial position."For the full year 2025, net sales were SEK 61.1 million (65.0) and operating profit was -SEK 1.3 million (-0.7). The full-year result was marked by a weak second quarter that could not be fully compensated for during the remainder of the year. Despite a more stable development during Q3 and Q4, Q2 negatively affected the year, writes Novus."Overall, however, we end the period with a significantly stronger operational foundation.
