The nanotechnology company Smoltek's CNF-MIM capacitors have undergone an independent third-party test, which confirms internal lifetime data communicated earlier this year. The test showed stable performance for 1,000 hours at 85 degrees Celsius under constant voltage, without failures or degradation of capacitance, equivalent series resistance (ESR), or insulation resistance.- With both internal and independent third-party validation completed, we have shown that CNF-MIM capacitors can meet stringent reliability criteria under realistic and accelerated conditions.
