Ramlösa Shipping provides an update regarding the shareholding in Capito Capital Management, in which incorrect information has been provided. This is stated in a press release.The background is that Ramlösa announced on November 12, 2025 that the company had sold 20 percent of the shares in Capito Capital Management and that ownership had thereby decreased from 40 percent to 20 percent. In the interim report for the third quarter of 2025 and in a clarifying press release on December 22, 2025, additional information was provided regarding the ownership structure in Capito Management. The company then stated that Capito Management had for a period been owned 40 percent by Ramlösa and 60 percent by Ramlösa's CEO Stefan Norrsell. From the communicated information it appeared that ownership changes were said to have been carried out in Capito Mangament on October 15, 2025 and that Ramlösa thereafter held 20 percent of the shares in Capito Management while the company's CEO Stefan Norrsell would no longer have been a shareholder in Capito Management. "The company has now noted that the transfers of shares in Capito Management that were previously communicated to the market were never completed," writes Ramlösa Shipping. As of the date of this press release, Ramlösa still owns 40 percent of the shares in Capito Management. No decision has been made on any further divestment of shares in Capito Management. At present, Stefan Norrsell has no shareholding in Capito Management."The company views it very seriously that incorrect information has been communicated to the market and has initiated a review of its internal procedures with the aim of ensuring that a similar situation does not arise again. The review includes, among other things, procedures for verifying that conditions in share transfer agreements have actually been fulfilled as well as checks against relevant corporate law registers before information is made public," writes Ramlösa Shipping.
