Krona BidCo raises the offer for the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate to SEK 41.20 in cash per share from the previous SEK 35.75 and states that the price will not be increased further. The acceptance period is not extended. The revised offer covers 3.1 million shares, corresponding to 27.87 percent of the company, and is valued at approximately SEK 128 million. The entire company is valued at approximately SEK 461 million. The offer represents a premium of 15.08 percent over the closing price on February 18 and 18.13 percent over the 30-day volume-weighted average.
