Krona BidCo raised on Friday its offer for the real estate company Krona Public Real Estate to SEK 41.20 in cash per share from the previous SEK 35.75 and stated that the price will not be raised further. The Board of Directors of Krona Public Real Estate today states that the increased offer does not prompt any change to the recommendation to shareholders not to accept the offer.The acceptance period for the offer has not been adjusted.
