Shareholders of the laundry-robot company Envirologic are called to the annual general meeting on April 24 in Uppsala.The board proposes that the meeting resolve on a dividend of SEK 0.30 per share. The nomination committee proposes the re-election of the incumbent board, consisting of Chair Anna Leinder and members Anders Lif, Olle Qvarnström, Martin Pamrin and Ulf Stern.
