The AI company Servana, which develops customer service solutions, has been approved for continued listing on Spotlight after its time on the observation list.The return follows a reverse acquisition and a name change from Medimi. The company is building a portfolio of AI services with the Userdesk platform as the foundation and is planning additional acquisitions. - In a year or two, customers will not notice whether they are talking to a robot or to a real person; the technology is advancing that fast. We plan to be aggressive on acquisitions and to find new companies that either have stable sales or a product whose AI can be implemented in our current products, says Servana's acting CEO Robin Bäcklund.
