The board of the financial group Spotlight Group has appointed Sara Uhlén as the new chair of the board until the annual general meeting to be held on 13 May, according to a press release. The reason for this is that the previous chair of the board, Günther Mårder, is on probable cause suspected of gross insider trading and was today remanded in custody by Stockholm District Court. The company has no reason to believe that this concerns Spotlight Group.
