Shareholders in the industrial company Finepart are called to the annual general meeting on Thursday, May 21, in Bollebygd. The board proposes that no dividend be paid.The board proposal has been known since earlier. New elections are proposed of William Larsson, Henrik Olsson and Johan Hallén as board members. Board members Birgitta Öjmertz and Lars Darvall have declined re-election.Re-election is proposed of Chairman Oskar Olai and board member Stevce Mojanovski.The board proposes that the meeting resolve on a reverse split on terms of 1:500, meaning that 500 existing shares will be consolidated into one share. The articles of association are therefore proposed to be amended, meaning that the number of shares shall be no fewer than 0.65 million and no more than 2.60 million shares. The board wants authorization from the meeting to decide on new share issues, warrants and convertibles, corresponding to an increase in the number of shares of no more than 25 percent.
