Intense Solutions has, through participation in the first part of electric vehicle company Zoomability’s directed share issue, acquired 2,727,727 shares and passed the threshold of five percent of the shares in the company.Intense Solutions previously held no shares in Zoomability. The share issue was announced on May 19 and comprised a total of just over 6.0 million shares with a value of SEK 6.6 million.
