SyntheticMR AB (publ) ("SyntheticMR") hereby announces that the company intends to publish financial guidance ahead of the upcoming rights issue of approximately SEK 32.8 million (the "Rights Issue").
Financial guidance
In addition to an information document prepared in accordance with Article 1.4 db of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “Information Document”), SyntheticMR has decided to publish financial guidance as of 19 January 2026 in order to disclose available preliminary figures ahead of the Rights Issue. These preliminary figures will be unaudited. SyntheticMR’s year-end report for the 2025 financial year will, in accordance with previous communication, be published on 6 February 2026.
Timetable for the Rights Issue
| 16 January 2026 | Record date for participation in the Rights Issue. |
| 19 January 2026 | Financial guidance based on available preliminary figures for the fourth quarter is published. |
| 19 January 2026 | Information Document is published. |
| 20 January 2026 – 29 January 2026 | Trading in subscription rights. |
| 20 January 2026 – 3 February 2026 | Subscription period. |
| From 20 January 2026 until registration of the Rights Issue | Trading in BTA (interim shares). |
| 4 February 2026 | Expected date for publication of the outcome via press release. |
