Fable Media Group AB (the "Company") announces that the dividend of SEK 0.20 per share, resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20 March 2026, has now been successfully distributed to shareholders through Euroclear Sweden AB.
The total distribution amounted to approximately SEK 6.8 million and is in line with the Company’s strategy of distributing quarterly dividends. Together with the dividends paid in September and December last year, the three distributions combined amount to SEK 0.45 per share, corresponding to approximately 48% of the Group’s net profit for 2025.
