The investment company C100 cancels the merger with the wholly owned subsidiary Hunter Capital Dry Powder IPR. "After an internal review, the company has concluded that the subsidiary should continue to conduct operations as an independent legal entity. The conditions that previously justified the merger therefore no longer exist," it says.
