The real estate company Fleming Properties has reached an agreement with the tenant SOK, involving a reduced move-out and a postponement of a break option. This is stated in a press release.The background is that in December 2023 it was announced that SOK intended to exercise one of two break options in the lease agreement with Fleming Properties, which would entail a surrender of 3,400 square meters as of December 31, 2025.The parties have now reached an agreement to adjust the scope of the move-out. Under the new agreement, the area that SOK is surrendering is reduced to 2,196 square meters. Furthermore, the parties have agreed that SOK’s second and final termination option is postponed by twelve months and can now be exercised no later than December 31, 2026. Any termination would then take effect on December 31, 2028.
