Netjobs has gained new major shareholders after the reverse acquisition of Lane Capital. In connection with the transaction, three shareholders have crossed disclosure thresholds and the ownership structure has changed significantly.After the transaction, Iron Branch Invest owns a total of approximately 91.9 million shares, corresponding to 48.99 percent of the capital and 84.07 percent of the votes, and is thus clearly the largest shareholder. BuddyPro Group owns approximately 63.3 million B shares, corresponding to 33.84 percent of the capital and 10.54 percent of the votes, while Trottholmen, which previously was clearly the largest shareholder in Netjobs, now owns approximately 13.46 percent of the capital and 4.21 percent of the votes. Iron Branch Invest and BuddyPro Group did not own any shares prior to the transaction. Netjobs begins trading today on Spotlight Stock Market after previously having been traded on First Northt. The company is in the process of changing its name to Lane Capital.
