The investment company Hunter Capital has divested approximately 7.3 million shares each in Hunter Capital RTO 1 and Hunter Capital RTO 2 to C100. The sale represents 20 percent of the company's holding in each subsidiary.After the transaction, Hunter Capital owns 64 percent in both companies. The transaction is in line with book value and does not materially affect the financial position.
