The board of the investment company Katalysen Ventures has resolved on a directed share issue of 454,546 shares to two strategic investors, of whom Daniel Hill, from Colline Advisory, is a new investor in the company. The subscription price is SEK 5.50 per share, which amounts to approximately SEK 2.5 million before costs. The subscription price is at a discount of 4.7 percent compared with the volume-weighted average price during the period December 1 to January 5. The issue entails dilution of approximately 4 percent.
