The niche bank Norion Bank has acquired shares in Consensus Asset Management outside its takeover offer for the company. In total, it holds 485,200 B shares, corresponding to 6.37 percent of the total number of shares and 2.80 percent of the votes in Consensus, according to a press release.The acquired shares are said to have been bought at a price not exceeding Norion's bid of SEK 22.50 per share in Consensus.Norion owned no shares in Consensus prior to the announcement of its offer.The acceptance period for the offer runs until March 13.
