The company is listing shares that will trade under the ticker APRTEC and warrants under the ticker APRTEC TO 1.This is a direct listing and there is therefore no subscription price for comparison. The company has recently raised SEK 115 million through new share issues, with the possibility of receiving additional capital through the exercise of warrants later in the year.APR's technology was developed for use in space, but its main application is cooling data chips, enabling tech manufacturers to make higher-power chips without risking overheating.
