In connection with the list change from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq First North Growth Market, the company has prepared an EU Growth Prospectus and a supplementary information document. The documents are available on the company’s webpage, https://www.insplorion.com/sv/investerare/. Last day for trading on Spotlight Stock Market will be on January 28^th 2021. Shareholders in Insplorion do not need to take any measures due to the change of listing venue.
