Med anledning av det pressmeddelande som RhoVac AB (“RhoVac” eller “Bolaget”) offentliggjorde igår den 29 maj 2022 ”RhoVacs fas IIb-studie, BRaVac, lyckades inte nå sin "Primary Endpoint"” bedömer Spotlight att det föreligger väsentlig osäkerhet avseende RhoVac:s verksamhet och flyttar Bolagets aktie (RHOVAC) och Bolagets konvertibel (RHOVAC KV 1) (de “Finansiella Instrumenten”) till Spotlights observationslista. 

Spotlight kommer löpande pröva möjligheten att återföra RhoVac:s Finansiella Instrument från observationslistan.

RhoVac AB will be transferred to Spotlight Stock Market’s observation list 

With reference to the press release that RhoVac AB (“RhoVac” or the “Company”) disclosed yesterday May 29, 2022 “RhoVac’s phase IIb study in prostate cancer , BRaVac, failed to meet its primary endpoint”, Spotlight assesses that there is material uncertainty about RhoVac’s business and has decided that the shares of the Company (RHOVAC) and the Company’s convertible bond (RHOVAC KV 1) (the “Financial Instruments”) will be traded on Spotlight’s observation list. 

Spotlight will continuously evaluate the possibility of returning the Financial Instruments from the observation list.
