On Thursday, 1 September 2022, the exercise period for CS MEDICA A/S ("CS MEDICA" or the "Company") warrants of series TO 1 ended. The warrant exercise has now been registered with the Danish Companies Registration Office (Dk. Erhvervsstyrelsen). The total number of registered shares now amounts to 12,322,635 shares and the share capital amounts to DKK 800,971.28. The conversion from interim shares to ordinary shares will be made on Monday, 12 September 2022, and new shares are expected to be in each of the shareholders’ accounts around Wednesday, 14 September 2022.
