Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) har beslutat att handelstoppa Sensidose AB:s ("Sensidose”) aktier och teckningsoptioner idag den 17 mars 2023. Handeln i Sensidose kommer att vara handelsstoppade tillsvidare 

Skälet till handelsstoppet är att investerarna inte i tillräcklig omfattning eller på lika villkor har tillgång till information om Sensidose eller aktierna. 

Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) omvärdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare.

Trading halt in Sensidose AB 

Spotlight Stock Market (“Spotlight”) has decided to halt the trading in Sensidose AB shares and subscription options (“Sensidose”) today March 17, 2023. The trading in Sensidose will remain until further notice. 

The reason for the trading halt is that investors do not have access to sufficient information about Sensidose  or the shares. 

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
